Día de los Mu***os has passed and we hope that you had a moment to reflect on loved ones who are no longer with us. It’s a time to honor family, and for Poco, that means remembering lessons learned. Jackie grew up in her grandmother’s kitchen, absorbing what would be the foundation of her own cooking. Her grandmother often made pozole on special occasions like Día de los Mu***os.

That’s why we are selling pozole–a warm guajillo broth soup with hominy and pork, topped with cabbage, radish, onion, cilantro, lime, and dried oregano–at our first Lawrenceville Farmer’s Market Tuesday. In honor of María de Jesús Ruelas Navarro. Mama Chuy.

Catch us at Lawrenceville Farmer’s Market starting Tuesday, November 16. And be on the lookout for pre-orders which will start this week!
