Thanks to our partnership with Unified Fields, we have our own IN-HOUSE BUTCHERY!🔪🥩 This partnership gives our culinary students the opportunity to learn some butchercraft basics as part of our free 12-week culinary training program, but it also gives YOU the opportunity to purchase locally-sourced cuts directly from us.
