Froggy, JJ, Cookie and several other brethren formed the SWAMMP Band in the 1980’s. Froggy has performed in various venues throughout the US and Caribbean for decades. Ernest Winston Pollard, Drums and Percussion. Ernest began performing reggae music in the mid 1970’s with Wester Pennsylvania’s first Reggae group, Rastafari. Ernest also played with Pittsburgh’s longest standing reggae group, The Flow Band for 14 years. Lloyd “Cookie” Willacy, Guitar and Backing Vocals. Jamaican born; Cookie has played with various top tier Jamaican artist around the globe. Cookie came to Pittsburgh in the early 1980’s with the SWAMMP band alongside his brethren Errol Francis and Patrick Smith. Randy “Doc” Tillmut, PhD., Keyboards & Backing Vocals. Jamaican born; Doc’s recent work includes the Step Reggae Band backing artist’s such as Capleton, Gyptian, Warrior King and others. Doc played keys and was lead singer for the HiGrade Band playing for former President Obama. Doc is currently a Professor at CALU. Anthony Wilson, Bass Guitar. Born state side of Jamaican heritage; Anthony has played bass with Talawah, Reminisce, The Freedom Band and is the bassist at Bethany Baptist Church.
