Our pork chops are currently on a waitlist but we are taking more the first of June so don’t wait to get on the list!

A lot of inventory. Get it before it’s gone. We also stocked the freezer at Salt Box, check their hours to get some breakfast and meat.

We have 1.5 pigs going next week that are not spoken for. If anyone is interested let me know, you still have a few more days left to get your order in.

We still have a few pork bellies left. Nothing better in bbq than pork belly burnt ends.

New hay day.

We have about 100 pounds of mild breakfast sausage, 5 pork bellies and a few racks of ribs. We need to empty this freezer before our next round. $6 a pound.

We also have about 75 pounds of boar mild breakfast sausage. We will let it go for $3 a pound. It makes the best chili. Hint of boar and slightly tougher both play well in heavy seasoned foods.

I mean… nothing like homemade cinnamon rolls to help pass the snow. 🥰

We are taking 5 pigs at the end of February. If you order at least a 1/2 pig we can order smoked items. Bacon,ham and hocks. We can also specify thickness of chops, get link sausage or brats of various flavors. Must purchase prior to the date.
