Join the movement. 🐾✨ EIN 99-5038609 Do His Work is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping unhoused individuals and their pets. We travel across the Southwest providing pet food, leashes, collars, nail trims, and other essentials — along with compassion and care. Every donation helps us reach more people and pets in need.

This Memorial Day weekend, we realized there aren’t many unhoused pets in the Livingston area needing support right now — and honestly, that’s a blessing. So instead of letting the donations sit, we decided to spread some joy right here at the campground. 🐾❤️

Thanks to the kindness of our supporters, we handed out toys, treats, and stuffed animals to pets staying at the KOA. So many wagging tails, happy faces, and spoiled pups this weekend.

Do His Work may travel city to city, but the mission stays the same: helping pets and the people who love them however we can. 🇺🇸🐶

Thank you to everyone who continues to donate and believe in what we do.

Today we met Bella and Apache and their dad who’s living the tent life, drifting through Montana and living off the land. Not every story looks the same, but kindness still matters.

With snow coming in over the next couple days, both pups got hooked up with new harnesses, leashes, collars, sweaters, treats, and some warm blankets to help keep them comfortable through the cold Montana nights.

Moments like this are why we do what we do. Dogs don’t care where home is, they just want to stay close to their person. ❤️🐾

Gotta love Montana. ❄️🏔️ CompassionMatters LivingstonMT

Sometimes it’s the little things. ❤️

I’ve carried this red harness around trying to fit it on probably 5 or 6 different dogs, and every single time it was too big. Today at the KOA, we met Brutus. While he’s not homeless, his family was using a rope because they didn’t have a proper harness for him. The second I saw him, I just knew this harness was finally meant for someone.

Sure enough… it fit Brutus like a glove. 🐾

We got to share a little about Do His Work, love on a really sweet boy, and hopefully make walks a little safer and more comfortable for him and his family.

Funny how things seem to end up with exactly who needs them. ❤️

Even though we’re spending the summer in Livingston, Montana, Phoenix is still home for Do His Work and still where our heart and main mission is. ❤️🐾

For those that may not know, Brandon and I are working as summer work campers at the Paradise Valley KOA in Livingston, Montana. This isn’t a vacation trip for us — it’s a way for us to continue supporting ourselves while also continuing the nonprofit mission during the extreme Phoenix summer heat.

While we’re here for the season, our main focus is still helping unhoused individuals and their pets back in Phoenix, Arizona.

Right now, we’re looking for a few dependable volunteers in the Phoenix area to help keep things moving while we’re away this summer.

Ways people can help include:
🐾 Collecting donations
🐾 Organizing supplies
🐾 Building outreach kits
🐾 Helping at shelters or churches
🐾 Assisting with outreach to unhoused individuals and their pets

And honestly, not every role involves street outreach. Some of the biggest help happens behind the scenes organizing supplies, networking, transporting donations, or helping prepare kits for distribution.

We know approaching unhoused individuals can feel intimidating to some people, but most of the time it’s simply treating people with dignity, listening, and helping where you can. Nobody is expected to do anything they’re uncomfortable with.

We’d love to build a stronger Phoenix team while we’re away this summer so the outreach can continue growing year-round. Even helping once or twice a month makes a difference.

If you’ve ever wanted to get involved with Do His Work, send us a message. Please share as well — the right people may see this through you. ❤️

Found Kunta and his mom today after over a month ❤️
Had been worried… put it out into the world and we reconnected.

Thanks to Tina, we surprised them with a stroller, new gear, and tons of supplies.

Kunta jumped right in the truck like he was ready to roll 😂

His mom said she didn’t think anyone would come back for them… we both cried.

We do this because it matters.

What a day at The Speakeasy. ❤️

Paws & Purpose brought together an incredible community—raffles, great food, fun booths, and nonstop support.

Huge thanks to Hook Up Concessions, Pita Jungle, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Barro’s Pizza for showing up in a big way.

One moment that stood out—an unhoused neighbor walked by with their dog, and we were able to help right there on the spot. That’s why we do this.

We left with a truck full of donations, new volunteers stepping up, and $1,500 raised for the people and pets we serve.

Grateful for all of you. 🙏

This month, we're proud to spotlight Do His Work. Through regular outreach across the Phoenix area, their team meets people where they are — in parks, parking lots, sidewalks, encampments, and at local shelter events to provide essentials to help pets and their owners remain healthy and safe.

If you are inspired by their mission, please consider supporting Do His Work through a donation of supplies or a financial contribution. 🧡

Huge thank you to Lost Our Home Pet Rescue for filling our truck today with donations for the people and pets we serve.

Because of this, we’re able to show up with more — more food, more gear, and more help where it’s needed most.

Zion & Ace also had a quick vet stop this week for their shots 🐾 keeping our own crew healthy right alongside the work we do.

And on Tax Day:
Do His Work is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your donations are tax-deductible.
