Copper Clover
βοΈ Special note: for those who have asked about some of the collections in my shop--
There are several collections I have that are 100% exclusive. I have no intention of remaking the exact same item ever again.
Either I personally was not happy over all with the design, the process or time it took, or in general have 0 interest in making the exact same things over and over repetitively. I find that method of polymer clay jewelry making to be very boring, commercial, industrial, and not creative.
There are plenty of people out there that have 10 simple designs in 5 colors and that works for them. They are content to mix the same color pallet and use the same plain cutters till they break. But it wouldn't work for me.
And there are some who make more complex designs, or sculpted landscapes like I do, and have maybe 5 styles to choose from that they enjoy making the exact same thing over and over again until they decide to use a 3d printer to keep up with demand so everyone can have matching pieces.. That again is not me.
I do consider myself an artist and the things I make as art, and not just as a clever design I can continue to replicate/ remake over and over. It may work for some popular shops/market vendors.. but not me!
To be honest making 2 of the same thing sometimes makes me want to chuck the whole project- mostly because even though they are supposed to be the same.. they will never ever look 100% a like (curse of being hand made), and that bothers me to no end.
So, making say 5 simple pairs of something.. results in me making it 10x over. And when I see how each is ever so slightly different from the first, and Im trying to pair them together in a way their differences won't drive me crazy is a theif of my joy, and creative process.
This is why I have things that are "the same" but a little different. Or somewhat mis-matched intentionally. If I cant make a carbon copy of something to my satisfaction, then its pair is going to be intentionally slightly different since it doesnt interrupt the flow of what Im doing.
I may make some things as duplicates from time to time, but for many of things in my collections, when I say its a one of a kind item, or limited run-- I mean it.
And because the items made by me are unique, and wont be reproduced likely ever again (see above resons why it triggers my ocd), They will be priced accordingly going forward.
If you want something that can be purchased time and time again, and will be consistently the same (more or less)-- I do actually have a few pieces/collections like that in my shop because making them to me is enjoyable enough I dont mind doing it regularly. But they are the exception. Not the rule.
**If asked to remake something, please understand it may not look identical. Elements may be similar, but Im not a 3D printer, and you can bet some creative license will be taken.
Thank you for your understanding,
-S

They are back in stock!! Had a wonky growing year, then the move. But I do have some nice macro algae up for sale on the web page for fellow planted saltwater enthusiasts to enjoy. π
You will notice some changes.. primarily a lack of "green" macros. This is because I am discontinuing keeping caulerpa. To be frank it grows too fast, nothing eats it really, and with a bulk of my orders going to California-- that means it cant be shipped to that state. Im tired of canceling orders, and informing people of the state ban on the plant. So. Its no longer here.
I do have some dwarf Mexican. But the urchin crew got me down to a manageable 4" frag lol. So hopefully I will have a while to go yet before I need to sell any off.
I will be adding some new browns/yellow and oranges. Just as soon as my handy "cullinatior" the pencil urchin " No.2 " finds a home. Can't have him using my new macros as a buffet. π

And I have some rare macros to offer for the first time!!
π₯ Tide Fire π₯ Color shift laurencia- Laurencia Iridescens (pic 1)
This is the best alternative to hypnea IMO. Its hardy, grows medium-fast, and has the ability to shift from pink, purple, and vibrant blue.
π Purple Branch Laurencia π (pic 2)
Super slow grower-- it took 1.5 years to grow from 1.5 frag to these two 4" bushes pictured below. Great for adding to a reef without worring so much about it overtaking coral.

The spring flowers continue to bloom..

Loving me some Blue Berry beads restocks lol! First time ordering, and I am really impressed with the quality packing. π
I think I've narrowed it down to about 10 base colors I use to mix and make my items on a regular basis. Im working on building a "recipe book" for my own custom color pallet since I sometimes mix a small amount of something then promptly forget what colors were involved when I want to make a larger batch π
