The Fontenelle Lofts were first erected in 1924. It is a turn of the century apartment building converted by Lowrey, Maguire and Assoc in 2004. The Fontenelle is conveniently located in Downtown Phoenix Roosevelt Historic District on the corner of Roosevelt St. and 3 rd Avenue. The building has a total of 7 loft units ranging from 1200 to 1380 sq ft. Each unit is unique but all have stained concrete floors, hardwood floors, slab granite countertops, exposed brick walls and ductwork , exposed wood ceiling beams and steel trusses, smart wiring, natural gas heating and cooking.
