I work almost exclusively with colored gemstones, particularly tourmalines and drusy stones, finding the variety and potential combinations endless and always surprising. Inspiration generally comes from individual stones and the environment -- sunsets, landscapes, architecture -- a vision of the piece appears in its own time.
