Ube pie, pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin bread, overnight oats and a fruit tray

This cake and cupcakes were from my youngest daughters first birthday. I made her a banana cake/cupcakes with banana frosting. To get the banana flavor for the frosting I used ground up banana chips and sifted out the bigger pieces. Everyone absolutely loved them. It tasted a lot like banana bread.

This is a birthday cake I made for my nephews birthday a week or 2 ago. It's a vanilla cake with whipped cream instead of frosting and fresh sliced strawberries in the middle. We got the spiderman topper from Amazon. It's high quality and easy to apply. I would most definitely use it again. Here is the link to is product.

I made these for my daughter's 8th Birthday. The party was Disney's Encanto themed. They do not make cookies cutters just for Encanto so I improvised and crafted these.
