Health Coaching by Heather

Six years ago, I was severely ill, struggling to walk, stand, eat, and function. I was desperately searching for answers and wondering if I would ever truly heal.
This week was a full-circle moment.
So grateful for these mentors in this space of root cause medicine and the opportunity to learn from and connect with:
✨ Sinclair Kennally
✨ Dr. Jay Davidson
✨ Brian Karr
I’m coming home Sunday, with even more knowledge and tools in my toolbox to better support my clients navigating mold illness, CIRS, Lyme, and chronic health problems.
So thankful for how far God has brought me and even more passionate about helping others reclaim health in a gentle and sustainable way.

Why do some people struggle to get well from chronic Lyme no matter how many treatments they try?
Sometimes the answer is the environment.
I have seen people spend years chasing symptoms while unknowingly living or working in environments that continue to burden the body daily. I was one of those people. I was unknowingly lived in hidden mold since I was 3 years old.
Hidden exposures such as:
• Mold
• Mycotoxins
• Endotoxins
• Actinos
• Chemicals and VOCs
This can place enormous stress on the immune system and nervous system.
For some individuals, the body becomes stuck in a cycle of chronic inflammation, immune dysfunction, reactivity, and exhaustion.
This is why some people:
• React to every supplement
• Plateau in healing
• Feel worse with detox
• Cannot tolerate treatment
• Continue to relapse
Your may be overwhelmed by what it is still carrying and being exposed to.
Healing often requires looking beyond infections alone and asking:
What is keeping my body stuck?
Sometimes changing the environment changes everything.
If you are struggling and have not seen the needle move, rule out hidden water-damage where you live. It may be what is holding you back from getting well.
It was my missing piece on my journey.
Please make sure it is not your missing piece.

What if the next step is not stronger treatment… but stronger foundations?
This is something I wish more people understood in healing.
When your body is depleted, inflamed, stressed, toxic, undernourished, and stuck in survival mode, pushing harder is not always supportive.
Sometimes the body needs:
- Better sleep
-More nourishment
-Nervous system support
-Gentle detox and drainage support
-Mineral replenishment
- Blood sugar stability
- Mitochondrial support
- Less overwhelm, not more
Because healing is not just about removing infections.
It is about rebuilding resilience.
Many people are trying to heal on an exhausted foundation. And when the foundation is weak, even “good” treatments can feel overwhelming.
Foundations may not be flashy, but they are often where real healing begins.

So many people I work with feel stuck in their healing… even when they’re doing “all the right things.”
I’m going LIVE with Sami Kirschbaum from Lyme Resilience Community to talk about Brainspotting and how it may help support the nervous system and deeper healing.
