I keep forgetting to keep my feet down. Bunch of misses . Hit one @ 215 though. 2 Misses @ 220 . Week 3 . Almost there.
Hang Sn**ch Session . Up to 205 today . Pretty relieved because I thought I was gonna be on some BS and only get up to like 175 or something. Been putting hang sn**ches off for like 1.5 years at least man. But it was worth the wait.
I still get a little nervous about anything around 215+ on sn**ches. Hit this, and a 385 squat earlier this morning. Last week , there was inflammation around my knees and legs. This week a lot less inflammation. Good to know the nervous system is active, and reacting honestly. Last week fu***ng sucked.
Week 2
> 60% for week 0 before we start training back up again. This will be the 2nd week in the "rest" cycle technically. Focus is on recovering for 2 weeks.
