Craving chocolate but still want to stay on track? This quick, healthy, and guilt-free dessert is perfect when you want something sweet without ruining your goals πͺπ½β¨

Ingredients:
β’ 2 ripe bananas
β’ 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
β’ 1 cup almond milk
. 4-5 Majool Dates
π₯£ Preparation:
1. Add ripe bananas, cocoa powder, Dates and almond milk into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, creamy, and mousse-like.
3. Pour into a bowl or small cake mold. 4. Baje at 350 degree Ferenheit for about 20-25 mins .
5. Chill in the fridge for 1β2 hours.
6. Top with berries, nuts, or dark chocolate if you want extra flavor.
