The Promise School

Our ELA curriculum incorporates games into its lessons. Card games are fun and engaging while also developing fine motor skills.

We use Logic of English because it matters for young readers.

English has 6 single-letter phonograms that make vowel sounds: A, E, I, O, U, and Y. These 6 phonograms make 13 different vowel sounds! Knowing all the sounds of each phonogram empowers students to read and spell hundreds of thousands of words!
