Half-Tank Management is a Philadelphia-based artist management company specializing in artist development and touring. We formed to manage artists and push them into the forefront of the music scene. We can assist with any level of touring from basement and DIY spaces to small clubs and theatre venues.

For the past couple months we have been working closely with Dead Medium Records on a really great tour for their artist Mike Pays Heat.
