I love CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS: The clear sound of Crystal bowls stimulates and attunes the energy centers in the body and clears and strengthens the auric field. We are vibrational beings. This is a beautiful way to quickly access a deep, restful, and expansive space within you. I also use the expansive and deep vibrational sound of Gongs
