Rooted by Design

Kicking off this week on a thankful note, in particular to all of my past and current clients. This year has been a rough one- a lot of bumps and bruises along the way. So many folks lost jobs & loved ones, and many had to put their lives on hold given the uncertainties that compounded daily. And yet I have been fortunate enough to find so many silver linings over the course if this year.

Choosing and working with a designer is a very personal experience, especially in a time when our homes have become one of our few "safe spaces." Our homes are working OT functioning as daycares & offices - in addition to daily life.

I feel so grateful that folks have trusted me enough to let me into their homes in the midst of the pandemic (masked up, of course) and then trusted me with the design of their homes.

Spent all of yesterday evening recovering from our holiday travels to Maine! Hope everyone had a safe & happy 4th!! May or may not have napped for 5 hours and then also slept for another 8 last night. 😴 Feeling much more rested today and am gearing up for busy week with a couple client presentations! I've got tile on my mind with some bathroom renovations I am working on. Still adoring this tile we selected for new build project. Those wood-look pickets 😍😍 can't wait to see this foyer come together!
