The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for scheduled, unscheduled and preventative maintenance to inspect, repair or replace the mechanical pumps, motors, conveyors, screws, belts, pan and shaker conveyors, rebuild or change gearboxes, install and modify pipelines, repack and repair valves and assist in the modification of plant systems.
Skills/Qualifications Include:
•Must live within 30 Miles of Fairless Hills PA.
•Ability to understand Operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, read and interpret Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) and other procedure manuals.
•Basic knowledge or experience in general rigging practices, experience with basic machine and hand tools.
•Ability to perform welding projects and knowledge in using a burning torch.

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a manual/stick transmission vehicle.

1st shift starts at 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, with possible Saturdays.

2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, with possible Saturdays.
