I love the Buddhist culture and am very into practicing mindfulness, contemplative meditation and cultivating compassion. I am ONLY interested in what's good and kind and right and I hope and pray everyday that this country and the world come to realize that we're never going to get to where we want to be by being so hateful, full of judgement and intolerant. We need to start treating each other with kindness and respect and stop being so mean and hateful. Your outer world reflects your inner world and we need to cultivate more patience and understanding towards each other cause we're ALL going through something and it's not all easy!!
