Project in Ambler is complete.
This one was very special for us as we bought this property in a community that got hit hard by tornado during hurricane Ida on 9/1/2021. It was just heartbreaking to see the damages done to the properties that happened to be in the path of the tornado. 104 out of 156 homes in this HOA were damaged. While this property did not sustain structural damages, some of the units had to be fully demolished because of the safety concerns. Most of the old beautiful trees were gone and landscaping required major cleanup. Township worked hard to rebuild community and we are proud to be the part of that effort. In order to assess if there were any structural damages, all walls had to be taken down to the studs. So, the townhome was pretty much re-built: new roof, new exterior. Windows miraculously survived - except one round window was replaced and just glass was replaced in four front panels. Interior of the house was replaced as well. The house already found the new owners and the project is complete. We love how it turned out.

Ambler Townhouse is one of our latests project.
This community was badly hit by hurricane Ida. The hurricane damaged at least 104 out of 156 homes in this community and the words cannot describe the devastation and pain the residents went through. We feel that brining this townhome back to life is though a relatively small effort on the large scale but it is a help. This is how the house looked when we saw it for the first time.
