Parents and adult family members of current SRPS students: this one's for you!

Join us on Tuesday, July 7 at 6:00 PM for a virtual info session to learn more about the FREE SRPS Family 5K Program, an opportunity to train for and run the Philadelphia Distance Run 5K on September 20 alongside other SRPS families.

During the session, we will...
- Introduce PWRHER’D, a virtual training program led by certified women of color run coaches.
- Meet the SRPS team and learn how your family can join the fun
- Have interactive activities and a chance to connect with others
- Share details on how to register and what’s included (race entry, training, medal, and more!)
- Have a live Q&A to answer all your questions

This past weekend we hosted our annual Go Farther! Leadership Summit, where some of our most memorable moments happen each year.

For three days, nearly 100 students from teams across Philadelphia come together for uninterrupted time to connect and challenge themselves. Our Leadership Summit camp fosters new friendships, challenges young people to stretch their comfort zones and discover new strengths, and of course, students learn what it means to lead with Courage, Effort, and Respect.

This weekend wouldn’t be possible without our counselors, camp nurse, staff, volunteers, our incredible camp director, and our partners. Thank you to our friends at Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), Brooks Running and peacevalleyparkrun (parkrun USA) for bringing this meaningful weekend to life for our students!

Annie and Sam are both first-year students at who share a passion for running, youth mentorship, and helping make health and wellness more accessible through community.

This summer, they'll be working alongside our team through Bridging the Gaps, a program that connects future health professionals with community-based organizations across Philadelphia.

We're excited to have them with us and can't wait for them to experience everything that makes the SRPS community so special.
