and yet often feel overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or out of sync in environments that expect constant speed and output.
Their brains simply process and respond to the world in a different way—
which can make everyday demands feel more intense than they appear on the surface.
This is something we don’t talk about enough.
That’s exactly why I created this.
