Hey there! Join me on a transformative journey – my journey – as I shifted from living a life that didn't align with my true self to experiencing the profound impact of embracing my inherent worth. Let me share how this shift has been a game-changer for me.

The Adventure Begins

Becoming my authentic self wasn't an instant transformation; rather, it resembled a gradual and exhilarating exploration through the woods of self-discovery. It required time, a good amount of self-reflection, and a touch of courage.

Living Dishonestly

I used to believe that conforming to others' expectations would elevate my sense of worth. Little did I know, living unauthentically was akin to wearing a mask, preventing me from becoming the person I truly aspired to be.

The Aha Moment

Then, it struck me – living a deceitful life was eroding my sense of worthiness and leaving me feeling incomplete. The quest for validation in all the wrong places needed a radical shift.

Embracing Worthiness

So, the first step involved embracing my worthiness. It wasn't about seeking validation from external sources but rather recognizing my unique value. I began by being honest with myself, acknowledging both my strengths and imperfections.

Living Authentically Feels Liberating

Once I started living authentically, it felt as if I had shed a burdensome backpack I hadn't even realized I was carrying. Authentic living isn't about perfection; it's about accepting and embracing who I am, flaws and all.

Healing through Authenticity

Living authentically became a healing journey, I was opening a door to a room where I could finally be true to myself. It was me letting go of old baggage and making room for a lighter, happier version of myself.

Authentic Connections

What's remarkable is that, as I opened up, I discovered others on similar journeys. Authentic living is not solely about me; it's about forging connections with those who understand.

Navigating Challenges

Certainly, there were challenging moments when doubt attempted to pull me back into the world of living unauthentically. However, with a supportive, yet small circle of friends and family, I committed to continuous growth, no matter the obstacles.

Inspiring Strength in Others

Unintentionally, by living authentically, I became a source of strength for others. It's like a ripple effect – one person's courage inspiring another. We're all in this together.

Embracing Imperfection

In a world that often demands perfection, living authentically is about embracing imperfections. It's understanding that we're all still figuring things out, and that's perfectly okay.

The Ripple Effect Persists

Reflecting on my journey, it's incredible to witness the transformation from living unauthentically to a place of authenticity. Remaining true to myself continues to introduce new and exciting experiences and adventures of life. To anyone still navigating this path, remember that your worthiness isn't dictated by others. Embrace authentic living, let your unique self resonate, and witness how it enhances your life's purpose.

I live a quiet life in a noisy world with something to say. In that pursuit I chase words. They’re intoxicating. They persuade, evoke feelings, create imagery, alter perception, and stimulate conversation. At times they instruct and by reconfiguring or omitting a few letters they drastically change meaning, making something either important or ineffectual.

They’re also flexible. Take the word s**t for example. You can have too much s**t, not enough s**t, just the right s**t, buy s**t, sell s**t, find s**t, or get s**t faced. Some days are colder than s**t, hotter than s**t and some days are just plain s**tty. Some people know their s**t and others don’t give a s**t. There’s bulls**t, horse s**t, or times when everything turns to s**t. Some people have s**t for brains, tell others to eat s**t, or decide to s**t and get off the pot.
