Technology has changed the game. If you could work from anywhere, where would you live?

3 years ago today I posted this and today my team added two new real estate agent partners in Wisconsin (a state I've never been to, am not licensed in and never sold or bought a house in). Plus, I may have just established a new residency in a waterfront condo with a pretty cool view (pictures to follow soon), here in paradise, aka, Gulf Coast of Florida. It didn't happen as I thought or planned it would when I originally posted this but nonetheless....

Listen, leaving the brokerage I co-owned to partner with eXp Realty as an Associate Broker, using artificial intelligence to trade crypto and divorce weren’t on my mind at the time.

There are times in life when you will experience loss and not understand why certain things are happening to you.

Don't let your losses (lessons) stop you from reaching your goals. Learn from the lessons and move on. It may not happen exactly the way you envision it but you'll find yourself exactly where you want to be and are supposed to be as long as you just keep going!

You can manifest whatever you want in life. The words you speak to yourself and the words of those you surround yourself with matter.

Seek out the people who are living the lifestyle you want to live and are willing to teach, guide, push and challenge you because they care and have been there, done that. Then take massive action!
