We are NP (National Pitching) Affiliates and certified to conduct the Total Body Velocity Program- the only medically defensible weighted ball program in existence. Since 2014, we have had 90 MPH+ participants each year and have already been mentioned in Baseball America Magazine. All of our participants gain velocity and functional strength.
