Located on a safe, quiet residential block in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia, the building offers an eclectic and inspiring backdrop for tenants. 3580IQL features a variety of inspiring spaces, from open and airy to cozy and functional. Our tenants' ideas about customizing their spaces have resulted in a spirited and colorful mix of studios.

Slow making, textured layers, conversation, and craft.

A small-group weaving workshop led by an emerging fiber artist, Neroli Soft, designed as an immersive introduction to loom weaving and intuitive textile play.

Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll learn foundational weaving techniques while creating your own tactile wall hanging to take home, along with a personal loom and scrap yarn for continued making beyond the workshop.

No experience necessary - just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

All materials included.
Limited seating available - link in bio to reserve your spot!

Our commercial kitchen at 3580 is still looking for the right next tenant!

3580 is home to a small ecosystem of independent practitioners and small businesses - therapists, wellness providers, creatives, and entrepreneurs - all running their own practices while sharing space, ideas, and occasional collaborations.

We’re hoping to find someone for the kitchen who fits that same spirit.
Someone who:
• runs their own food business or test kitchen
• enjoys being part of a creative ecosystem
• would like to collaborate on small catering for events in the building
• but is otherwise happily doing their own thing

If you’re a baker, small food producer, or caterer looking for a kitchen base - and enjoy being part of a thoughtful, collaborative environment - we’d love to hear from you.

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), send us a message. We’d love to connect.
