As a practicing physical therapist assistant he has a unique perspective on training those recovering from injuries and as an exercise physiologist he has a keen eye on exercises best utilized to increase functional movement and performance. In addition, Kamau has been an athelete his entire life, since his youth he has played high school, college and rough touch football, practices martial arts and competes regularly in adventure races. Physical fitness has always been an essential part of his life and imparting healthy lifestyles to his clients, continues to motivates him in his services to urban communities.
