Auto repair shop service writer/manager

Run smooth and efficient operation in the office/shop environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ESTIMATE
Take phone calls
Record description of the issue
Collect customer and vehicle information
Assign diagnostic
Create estimate

2. SALES / INVOICING
Present 2 to 3 options to solve the issue
Ask for the sale / Collect deposit
Discuss repair time frame
Arrange pick up
Collect final payment
Customer relations and Follow Up

3. PARTS ORDER / RECEIVING / RETURNS
Order parts
Receive parts
Handle returns, list/resell

4. WORK ASSIGNMENT
Assign job to a mechanic

5. OFFICE MAINTENANCE
Keep office clean and neat / paperwork organized
Keep all devices in operating condition

6. OPEN AND CLOSE SHOP

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: English, Ukrainian/Russian
Basic computer skills
Will provide training with office software, Mitchel Manager SE, E-mails, word etc
People skills and Automotive experience REQUIRED

Full -Time

$40,000 to $90,000 per year
