Thank you Dr. Reina Olivera, DrOT, OTR/L for inviting me to speak virtually this morning at the Taking OT Online Conference. It was a pleasure speaking on Entrepreneurial Psychological Readiness...a topic that is rarely taught but needed. The participants were engaged in the activity that followed and seemed to really understand why this is so important.
