The second week of Return to Yourself is called Let Go.
After creating more space and slowing down, we begin to notice what we've been carrying.
The pressure to have everything figured out.
The need to control outcomes.
The expectations we place on ourselves.
The thoughts, emotions, and stories that no longer serve us.
During this week, we'll explore self-compassion, boundaries, surrender, forgiveness, trust, and acceptance.
Not because life becomes easier when we ignore our challenges, but because peace becomes possible when we stop fighting what we cannot control.
Imagine what it would feel like to move through your days feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease.

Years ago, I thought the hardest part of meditation would be learning how to meditate.
It wasn't.
The hardest part was staying consistent.
Like many people, I would start with good intentions, practice for a few days, and then life would get busy. Before I knew it, my meditation practice had slipped away.
What I eventually realized is that most people don't need more information about meditation.
They need support.
They need structure.
They need a simple path they can actually follow.
