These were terrible window screens, that needed to get fixed before the house was listed for sale. Window screens may seem like a small thing, but they present a big issue for buyers. Fixing your window and door screens is important, whether you are staying in your home or selling.... So, the weather is great, shut off that AC and Open Those Windows!!

PHEW! We can ALL Finally Open Those Windows! Since we had such a brutal summer, I bet those screens are a tad ratty. Below are screens in dire need of CLEARFIX's help...before and after!
