This woman is just jubilant. Standing under the stars, almost in homage, she joins a collection of decorated pots, noteworthy and significant women, collages of nature, remnants from my past joining my current work. Woman singing to the stars was the beginning of my remembering my appetite for fun and a desire to share lightness in these difficult times. Although captivating on her own, Her undeniable whimsical and somewhat eccentric, ethos, called to me to provide her with additional embellishments. I added to her uniqueness, aggrandizements for her gown in the form of sequins, lace, and additional color. She’s absolutely in her element as the stars shine exclusively for her as way of showing their appreciation of her vocal talents.
