As I sit here and fill out the application for our local South Philly Coop a question was posed: What do you love most about what you do and your farm? The answer is simple, I love to eat and I love to cook. Seeing everyone’s amazing 🤩 food 🥘 creations around our microgreens 🥬 has really been the best part.
