Uncomfortable conversations are honestly based on your personal space, physically, spiritually, and mentally. It’s your job to protect those spaces. Those spaces also reflect our energy for life and everything that comes with it. Personal, that’s the way I like to think about it.
In a nutshell, uncomfortable conversations are conversations that you’re not usually comfortable having, but they need to be had for the better of healing, understanding, forgiveness, and education
