The reveal is complete — this is the finished Haverford Heritage House.
In Part 3 of 3, we’re showing you some powerful before and afters. We expanded this 1930s Colonial Revival on the Main Line by 1,700 square feet with an addition that was built to feel like it seamlessly blended with the existing home.
We demolished the previous 1980s addition that never quite fit and replaced it with something so much better. Something that honors the original architecture and gives this family the home they’ve always deserved.
Thank you to everyone who followed along for all three parts of this reveal. And to our clients, it was an honor to be trusted with a home that already meant so much, and will mean so much more in the years ahead.

It’s been a few months since our last update on Lakewood Estate, and the transformation speaks for itself.
This is the first sneak peek at the interior reveal, including the formal living room, an entertainment space in the lower level, an art studio, and a laundry room that proves utility and beauty aren’t mutually exclusive. We’re nearly ready to hand over the keys on the interior.
And the incredible transformation is just ramping up on the outside.
The next chapter at Lakewood Estate is a dramatic facade transformation, designed in partnership with , and it may be the most striking exterior we’ve done yet.
At Ernst, we believe the story of what it means to be a builder deserves to be rewritten. Not just for the families we work with, but for an entire industry that has settled for a standard that isn’t good enough. Every project we take on is a chance to demonstrate that construction can be different — organized, transparent, and genuinely extraordinary.
