Our Property Management company is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our maintenance team. This position will primarily be located at our Pottstown Property. Willing to train.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Property Maintenance and repair
• Experience in appliance Repair
• Ability to lift minimum of 75 lbs. without restriction
• Ability to climb ladders without restriction
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must own basic hand and power tools
• Possess a positive attitude
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Snow Removal
Basic Troubleshooting skills
Electrical- Ability to hang outlets, switches and lights
Drywall repair, sand and paint
Plumbing-repairs and or replacement of faucets & drains
Locks- replacement and/or repair
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Driver license (required)
• Clean Driving record
• Clean criminal history
• Drug Test required
SALARY AND BENEFITS
• Starting Salary $20.00 hour (additional compensation based on experience)
