Kitchen Remodel
Removed sink and base cabinet and replaced with new base, new sink and faucet. Cut out all the old plumbing/drainage and installed new lines, shutoffs, line/shutoff for dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Also added a shutoff for and replaced outside spigot on opposite exterior wall. Added 12” base cabinet on opposite side of kitchen to add storage space. Removed counter top and replaced with granite. Tiled, grouted and sealed backsplash on both sides of kitchen. Took apart, cleaned and reassembled kitchen exhaust and motor. Removed plug from exhaust fan and hard wired it to a switch for better aesthetics. Sanded, stained and poly’d all original high cabinets, new base cabinets and wooden bench. Cleaned and reinstalled all original hardware. Prepped and painted entire kitchen.

Bathroom
Full gut and remodel (removed all walls,ceiling and floor). Moved all plumbing for newly positioned toilet, sink and shower. Moved ductwork for heating and cooling to allow room for newly positioned shower. Releveled entire bathroom floor. Framed out bathroom for new shower and closet. Poured fresh wetbed for shower. Installed all new hardibacker on floors and shower. Installed all new greenboard on walls and ceiling. Replaced tub with stand up tiled shower with frameless glass doors and installed new shower head and diverter. Built custom open face linen closet with hand drilled pilot holes to allow for shelf adjustment. Installed new recess lighting in ceiling with dimmer attached. Installed twin sconces aside new medicine cabinet with dimmer attached and new GFI. Tiled, grouted and sealed entire floor, shower and 4' high on the walls. Installed 3.5' wide free hanging wall mount sink. installed new push button, dual flush, 16.5" toilet. Installed matching marble transition threshold into bathroom and shower step. Primed and Painted entire untiled bathroom and semi-glossed entire closet and shelves.
