creating their own menu, or working with us to create a custom-tailored menu that’s just

ype of freebies? For bachelor parties, I offer a free appetizer with any service. For bachelorette
parties, I offer a free dessert. And I offer a discount for large group events of more than
eleven people. What is the booking process? Our booking process is simple. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Determine the type of event you’re planning, and decide how many people
will be there.
2. Determine your budget and how much you’re willing to pay (either per
person, or for the entire project). Please note that groceries are not included in the
price for any services.
3. Select your menu. Decide which proteins and sides you’d like to have served, as
well as any extras.
4. Consider service add ons (optional). We want to help you streamline your event
as much as possible, and we offer optional clean up services, plates, and rentals of chairs
or tables.
5. Book your event by paying the price of your groceries. When you’re ready to
book, simply pay for the price of your groceries, which serves as your deposit and holds
your spot. We will provide an itemized invoice so you know exactly what you’re paying
for.
6. Enjoy your service! You have until the end of service to pay the full total, and
payment plans are available upon request. Do you come alone or do you have an assistant? For events with two to eight people, Chef Moïse will bring one assistant. For events with
more than eight people, Chef Moïse will bring one assistant or server for every eight

What precautions are you taking in light of the COVID-19 pandemic? All of our staff members wear masks for the duration of events and while preparing
meals, and all of us are also monitoring temperatures daily. In your home, we will
practice social distancing and equipment sanitation, as well as kitchen sanitation after
service. Do you provide plates and table decorations? Yes; at additional cost, you can add on plate service, which includes professional
tablescape décor and floral arrangements—as well as high-quality charger plates,
