Here is a very common question - How much do we charge?

Well, we only charge you what you need. No inventory? You won't pay for inventory entries. Only have a couple bank accounts, no loans, and a credit card? You'll be paying less monthly than someone with 6 bank accounts, a loan, and 4 credit cards.

Our pricing is based on scope of work. We don't charge hourly for monthly or quarterly bookeeping - we give you a package price. You will know exactly what your bill is because it will be the same every month. No surprises! If you decide to scale way back on your business and there's a lot less work to be done? Yep, we reassess and lower your monthly price.

One thing we come across a lot in the salon industry is a discrepancy in how to pay stylists. (There's no such thing as a "1099 commissioned employee".)

We see a number of stylists who are being given hours, set pricing, being treated as an employee (some providing their own color), and being paid a commission with no taxes being withheld - only to receive a 1099 at year end from their salon owner (which can cause the owner to be under investigation for tax evasion and wage theft).
