Throw back to my favorite bathroom to date. Between the wainscoting, chauffeured ceiling with chandelier, freestanding tub & Bluetooth mirror this quaint bathroom exuded both Serenity & Luxury!

This was our first full gut renovation that we acquired in 2017. We poured so much 💕 into this home and considered keeping it. We ultimately choose to sell and it sold in 2 weeks for almost $20k over our expected price point.

Our investment strategy the last 6 years has been to sell our single family homes so that our company has the cash for larger projects. This year our pivot is to focus on holding multi units and lots. We will be sharing more information on what we have learned about investing soon.

My Re-Loving Vernon tree is bright and vibrant. This project has tested us emotionally and financially but continues to be a dream project. We are adding a 2nd floor to a ranch style home and have custom designed both the exterior and interior with some unique features. This will definitely be ABC with D's Model Home!
