Reflection Tuesday: As I think back on what Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. has meant to me I share these moments...

Because of this great organization, I am a stronger mentor, leader and professional. Phi Beta Sigma has given me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people in a way that I would not have been able to do on my own.

I joined this organization to pay it forward, as young men mentored me at La Salle University when I was just a freshman, during a time I really needed. As I continue to make the path of growth and development within the blue and white glory, men of dignity, professionalism, and care continue to pour into me, building me up to lead in a way that can change the game for the community completely.

I don’t take that responsibility lightly as every day I pray that I don’t let my mentors or mentees down. I hope to be a beacon of light for my brothers making a positive IMPACT for all who may need it.
