In 2008, when the market was overheating, we took every penny out of the stock market and acquired multifamily real estate. Many of our friends joined us over the years, resulting in acquisitions of over 1,000 apartment units and solid 2X multiple returns.

Well, the signs are increasingly pointing toward another stock market “correction.” Once again, we are encouraging friends to hedge against a falling stock market. This time, thanks to the SEC, we can share our opportunities with others.
