As professional organizers serving the caregiving space, we were especially moved to see social workers, healthcare workers, and mental health professionals in the room being celebrated. In many Asian communities, these fields, and the support they provide, can still carry stigma or be overlooked. Seeing them recognized and valued? That gives me hope for the conversations we're starting to have about wellness, support, and asking for help.

To my fellow small business owners, social workers, healthcare workers, and mental health professionals: thank you for the work you do.
