Veterinary Employee Relocation Network

The Veterinary Employee Relocation Network serves as a communication hub for veterinary hospitals who have employees moving or transferring out of town and for veterinary employees looking to relocate. Hiring employees that are unable to commit to long term employment can be a financial strain on veterinary hospitals due to having to train new employees frequently. From the veterinary employee's perspective, having to relocate often can make it difficult to obtain employment due to an inability to commit to long term employment and it can be frustrating to have to continue to start from the bottom when moving from job to job. By networking with other veterinary hospitals, employers and employees can make relocation easier by communicating culture and skill expectations. Standardized training among networked hospitals can provide continuity of skill development. Communication of culture helps ensure a good fit for both the employee and the hospital.

My goal for this group is for both veterinary employees and hospitals to benefit from networking with one another.
