As we see the increase in falls, we hope to introduce our program to more people to let them know they can learn to fall safely. Well everyone it has been quite a year and one we pray here at Senior Fitness that from this point on will only get better. With our program we continually promote balance training with our Six-Step Balance System to progress through increasing our balance strength, power and stabilization. We are real excited here at Senior Fitness that specializes in help older adults cut down on those devastating falls. In December, we will be training a gentleman to be a teacher in the Buffalo, NY area. Then in the beginning of the new year 2021 we will travel to Florida to have our first training in an assisted living facility. It is our hope to get back to helping senior adults to stop having these devastating falls.
