Farmer Sue

I am Farmer Sue. I have Chicken, Duck and Goose eggs. I have vegetables and I try to have Basil all season. I make hot sauces, dill pickles, pickled okra, pickled hot jalapenos, and tomatillo salsa, all grown on my farm. I am very excited to be a part of the Bentonville Farmers Market again this year!

I will be at the Bentonville , AR Farmers Market this Saturday. It is early in the season and I will only have a few greens, green garlic, green onions, pea shoots and some herbs. I will have my Hot Sauces, Tomatillo Salsa, pickled sliced hot jalapeños, dilled pickles, bread and butter pickles and pickled okra. I will have 3 kinds of Hot Pepper Jellies.
I also will have my delicious Chicken Eggs and Duck Eggs! They are pastured raised, eating the best feed I have found, plus bugs, worms, grass, and Pea Shoots that I grow.

Moving back home from Vermont, has been very different. Different growing seasons, different soils, and very hot temperatures! It sure has been a lot of challenges but I am learning! I know I have a lot of friends and customers from previous Farmers Markets and I miss everyone. I am glad to be back in markets! Please come and say Hi if you are at this Market! And also so many challenges to have my fantastic tasting chicken and duck eggs, again! And it has been truly a challenge, but I have succeeded in the great taste and beautiful golden yolks!!
