Wanted to try something different...
Puff pastry sausage rolls. You have an italian sausage cut in half and seared, white wine caramelized onions, and mozzarella cheese!!! I will be making these again 😋😋

Last night dinner... wine, lemon, butter zucchini noodles with sautéed shrimp.
Stuffed bell peppers... bell peppers, onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, white rice topped with mozzarella!
