The Pawtucket Backpackers are a group of caring community members that want to fight hunger among our students. We are currently providing food assistance to 250 students on weeks including vacation weekends. Each child receives 2 breakfast items, two lunch/dinner items and 2 snack items. The cost per student is approximately $3.50 per week. 100% of the funds contributed provide food supplement.

Because of this incredible community, Pawtucket Backpackers has just reached 95,000 pounds of food distributed and 15,000 bags packed so far this school year! 💛
