Fiesta Salsa made its debut May 2011 at the Willow Glen Farmer's Market which is open every Saturday 9am-1:30 pm May through November. We also sell on Sundays at the Los Gatos Farmer's Market 8am-12:45pm and always welcome special orders! Happy Labor Day weekend Fiestaites! I'm sorry I've been absent since my move, it seems to be never ending! How are you all spending the last official days of summer? Any guesses to what this salsa is? Hint made with local dry farmed Early Girl Tomatoes...one of my milder classics. Had to whip this up for mom as a little thank you for all her help!
