Class begins with a balanced, full-bodied warm up bringing awareness to alignment and breath followed by stretching and conditioning to compliment the body's functional dance needs. We'll continue to raise the heart rate while implementing basic technique as we transition through space with gentle across the floor exercises. Class culminates by venturing into a combo to reactivate our coordination brain and offer space for self expressions! No pressure, no competition, no expectations - just fun dancy dancy time, a little technique and lots of love (and hopefully laughs!)
