From commercial space to modern living space.

At The Marketplace at Fells Point, Complete Conversions transformed an existing commercial tenant space into a fully functional residential apartment in the heart of Baltimore's historic waterfront district.

This complete interior conversion included demolition of the existing layout and construction of a new apartment featuring a kitchen, full bathroom, laundry area, living space, and bedroom. Our team handled everything from framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC modifications to custom millwork, tile installations, stair refinishing, and final finishes.
The result was a move-in-ready apartment that seamlessly integrates with the existing residential units while maximizing comfort, functionality, and style.

Whether it's adaptive reuse, unit conversions, or large-scale renovations, Complete Conversions helps property owners unlock the full potential of their buildings.
